The Bed and Breakfast is an old farm house which dates back to the beginning of the 19th century and is set amongst olive trees and flowers.

The B&B is ideal for visiting historic towns such as Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto and the Trasimeno lake.

 San Felicissimo bed and breakfast has ten bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, television and refrigerated mini - bar. Breakfast, consisting of wholesome local produce, can be served on the spacious patio wich enjoys breath taking views of the Umbrian countryside.

A beautiful location where one can enjoy peaceful walks or swim in the large swimming pool in the relaxing atmosphere which typifies the region.
