Villa Perka provides self catering accommodation in the little,charming village of Sveta Nedjelja located on the southern and most attractive side of the island. Island Hvar, one of 10 most beautiful islands in the world is also well known for the highest number of sunny hours on the Adriatic coast. 

Villa Perka is the family stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens.It's interior was fully renovated in 2007.From it's slightly elevated position 200 m from the sea it commands the superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them.Behind, the house is sheltered by the St.Nicholas-the highest peak of the island.

There are 3 spacious apartments, each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning seaview.Apartments consist of double bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room. Two of them have larder too.The fireplace, parking place and loundry are at everybodies disposal
