The Southern overlooks private grounds in a quiet position but close to the beach, Wellington Pier, Leisure Centre and Outer Harbour. In 2007 some rooms have been upgraded to “ Premier Rooms” which have Egyptian cotton sheets, individually chosen bed linen, a mini fridge and Freeview TV. Open all year for your convenience we have Free Wireless Internet Access.
