New Hall Guest House is a 4 star guest house set in the very heart of the Lake District. This wonderful Victorian guest house, formally the village orchard, is in one of the most envied positions in Bowness and overlooks Lake Windermere. Our comfortable and well furnished rooms offer all you could want to enjoy a relaxing break in this stunning part of the world. Many rooms have fantastic views of the lake and are much in demand, we recommend booking early.  

We are a family run establishment and are proud to boast many repeat visits from our guests. We aim to offer a warm and friendly atmosphere and try to provide for your every comfort. We operate on a B&B basis and provide a full home cooked English breakfast each morning along with choice of cereals, seasonal fruits, preserves, toast and beverage of your choice. All of our rooms are equiped with a colour TV, tea trays, hairdriers, irons/boards, clock radios and ceiling fans. The guest house has ample on site car parking.
