Built in 1794, the golden age of Bath's Georgian elegance, it was once a lodging house which one rented to enjoy this delightful city. Over many years, the house has been carefully maintained and restored and we hope it will now give you the experience of staying in one of Bath's original Georgian townhouses.
Home to the Romans, Bath is truly an architectural gem - a golden city in the Georgian style. You really need at least 2 days, even on a short visit, as it is a real joy to discover. It is a place to stroll, a place of gentle charm, open spaces and flowers. Tour the fascinating Roman Baths, enjoy the free walking tour of the Georgian houses and discover an age of elegance. In the evening sample one of its delightful bistros and recall a day well spent. Then, at the end of a perfect day, stay in one of its Town Houses, such as the Kennard.
