How do I add my accommodation to this site?
In the menu navigate to 'Add accommodation' and click on 'subscribe here' which is highlighted in white. You'll be taken through a signup process which ends with verification of your email. Please ensure that our web site is in your 'whitelist' to ensure that the verification email doesn't end up in your spam tray.
 
I haven't received a verification email, what do I do?
Firstly check your spam tray, if you haven't received the verification email contact us using the link in the menu. Please use the same email address that you used to signup.
 
I've signed up, what do I do now?
In the menu navigate to 'Member login' and enter your username and password in the fields which will be found at the top of the page. You'll be taken to the member section where you'll be able to add your listing.
 
I have more than one property, how can I add more than one listing?
Register an account in the normal way and contact us stating how many listings in total you require. Please don't set up multiple accounts.
 
When the trial period ends how much will it cost to renew my listing?
A single 12 month listing costs £10 GBP. Each additional listing is £5 GBP.
 
After the introductory offer expires is there any obligation to renew my subscription?
No, none at all.
 
The login link doesn't work, the page just jumps.
If you're viewing the site in a small browser window you won't notice that the login fields appear at the top of the page. Click on the link and scroll up.
 
I've forgotten my login details, what should I do?
Click on 'Member Login' and at the top of the page enter either the email address or username you used when you signed up into the 'email login' field. Your details will be sent to you. Use the contact form if all else fails.
 
I don't want to pay via PayPal, how else can I pay?
Payment is also accepted via credit card, UK cheque, Google checkout or bank transfer.
